Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Willow + Moon. As each of our cushions is designed and printed to order in our Irish studio, we appreciate your patience while we create your unique keepsake.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are handmade-to-order. Our current processing time is 3–5 working days.

  • During busy periods (such as Mother’s Day or Christmas), this may extend slightly. We will always notify you if there is a delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery estimates:

  • Ireland (Republic & Northern Ireland): 1–3 working days via An Post.

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 working days.

  • Europe: 5–7 working days.

  • Rest of World (USA, Canada, Australia): 7–12 working days.

Please note: These are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. International Shipping & Customs We love sending a piece of home to the Irish diaspora worldwide! Please be aware that for international orders (outside of the EU), your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country.

  • Willow + Moon is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you have selected a Tracked Shipping method, this email will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to a P.O. Box? Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If this applies to you, please contact us before ordering to ensure we can facilitate delivery.

6. Incorrect Address / Re-delivery Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.
